| Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a minimum of 12 months manufacturers return to base no quibble repair or replace guarantee. Some equipment is guaranteed for up to 3 years. Warranties exclude damaged by normal wear & tear and mishandling or any damage. If you believe an item is faulty please phone our Technical help line on 0845 22 66 535 first as most technical problems can be sorted out over the phone, If we advise you to make a return a Returns Authorisation Number will be issued, this must be clearly marked on your returned goods, a copy of your invoice must also be sent with the goods, any goods returned without an authorisation number or copy invoice will not be accepted or acknowledged. You can obtain a Returns Form RMA by contacting us via 'contact us' page or phone. You then must phone to obtain RMA Number. Installation carried out by Audiovisuality is covered by 2 year guarantee. Our guarantee is for 2 years from the installation date for all other aspects of the installation. If the installation is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or we call to the premises and we are unable to obtain a reply. A surges charge can be applied. |
