When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. | Delivery Schedule We will normally send your order to you for next business day delivery providing we receive the order before 3.00pm and subject to all items in stock. UK customers should normally receive them within 24-48 hours afer dispatch, Ireland 24-72 hours and European customers in 4 days. International orders vary according to shipping & couriers are generally received in under 5 days. |

If you would like to make a return, please call us to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number, this must be clearly marked on your returned goods, a copy of your invoice must also be sent with the goods, any goods returned without an authorisation number or copy invoice will not be accepted. We accept the return of items only if they are unopened, in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging. Please note the following items are not included in this offer, delivery charges, special offer/order items, covert cameras, DVR,s and VCR’s used for more than 2 hours.
